About this product
The Mayfair Ashton is a wood toilet seat from Mayfair, listed on Amazon in the Tools & Home Improvement category. According to the listing title, it has a single hinge design, a slow-close action so the lid lowers gently instead of dropping, and a build described as easy to clean. The title also says it is made in the USA. Dimensions, weight, hinge material and included installation hardware are not stated in the listing data we have, so buyers who need those details should check the Amazon product page before ordering.
This page covers one variant only: model 7M878SLW 000, round shape, white finish. Round seats are made for round toilet bowls and do not correctly fit elongated bowls, so check your bowl shape before buying. Amazon often groups several shapes and colours under one listing, and the price can change when a different option is selected. The prices and history on this page apply only to the round white version. Confirm the size, colour and pack on Amazon before buying.
On 2026-10-17 the price at check was $41.99. That is $95.00 below the 90-day typical price of $136.99, a discount of about 69.3%, and it matches the lowest price recorded in the 90 days tracked. For the longest part of that window, from 2026-08-10 to 2026-10-01, the seat was listed at $179.99. All prices are as of the check date and may have changed since. They do not include shipping, tax, coupons or subscription savings, so the final total on Amazon may be different.
